After 15 years of imprisonment, the Supreme Court acquitted the convicted accessory in the Vizconde massacre, Former PO1 Gerado Biong and Hubert Webb, son of former Senator Freddie Webb and the primary suspect in the controversial Vizconde Massacre. They were released from the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City after serving their full sentence. Former PO1 Gerado Biong went out of the NBP’s minimum security compound shortly earlier, uttering praises to God. He became a a member of the Jesus Miracle Crusade International Ministry, led by evangelist Wilde Almeda, ever since he was jailed. And the biggest lesson he learned in the 15 years that he was in detention, Biong said: “Nang makilala ko ang ating pinakamamahal na Jesus.”
The acquittal has been said in different news and reports . One of which is this report from DZMM Radyo Patrol which says, “Pinawalang-sala ng Korte Suprema ang pangunahing akusado sa Vizconde massacre na si Hubert Webb.

It was an amazing presentation of how the case went through various phases: conviction of Webb and how the Webb’s family deal with it and also the side of Mang Lauro Vizconde about it, the National Bureau of Investigation former directors who handled the case and the convicted accessories.
